Cancellation Policy and charges

In the event that you order one of our products over the web and then do not proceed with the purchase unfortunately we have to charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the product cost. We are a small family business and all products are hand made specifically to order. We have had some cases where customers have ordered products then failed to come and pick them up when we have made them. If we had to carry those costs we would need to increase all our prices. So to avoid all our customers paying for the few that do let us down we make a cancellation charge. We hope that you will understand our necessity for this.
